About this Event:
Join the Wyoming Game and Fish Department at beautiful Whiskey Mountain Conservation Camp to build skills for a career in conservation. The program will be August 14th through 17th, and food and lodging are included. The Wyoming Collegiate Conservation Academy focuses on developing the future conservation leaders of Wyoming. During the camp, participants will learn directly from Wyoming Game and Fish biologists and gain skills needed to pursue a career in the outdoors. This program is designed for currently enrolled college students. Participants must be 18 or older. Registration closes on July 31st. Food and lodging are included in the program. It will take place at Whiskey Mountain Conservation Camp in Dubois, Wyoming. The cost to attend the program is $50. Scholarships are available for anyone who feels the program fee is a barrier to participation. Please contact william.poole@wyo.gov if you want to be considered for a scholarship to cover the program fee.

Community events are offered throughout the year and across the state to teach hunting and angling skills. Community events are offered to a variety of skill levels but primarily focus on introductory skills to the event topic.
