About this Event:
This is a 1.5 day Training Workshop for individuals that want to become certified as Wyoming Hunter Education Instructors.
In order to participate you must have:
- Completed the Instructor Application
- Completed and passed required background checks
- Signed the volunteer policy
This training will include:
- A meet and greet with all new instructors,
- Dinner of Friday night
- A class with students to demonstrate
- Policy and protocol training
- How to schedule and set up a class
- Lunch on Saturday
- Lesson plans and curriculum training
Dinner, light breakfast and Lunch will be provided for with the training.
Lodging in hotels can be provided if travel is necessary.

Overview:
Community events offer various opportunities to learn and practice hunting and angling skills.
Community events are offered throughout the year and across the state to teach hunting and angling skills. Community events are offered to a variety of skill levels but primarily focus on introductory skills to the event topic.
